Dual training
Our company put a great emphasis on the training of the professionals. From the beginning we employ industrial students. For the students the most important years are their first years to form their love for this profession. In our region we joined among the firsts the Dual training which was organised by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Fejér County.
We are proud that until 2016 we had 45 students, with whom we had study agreement and the students who are doing practise by us are more than 15% of our total headcount.
