Our Education series completed
Even in a period full of economic challenges, our company considers it important that our employees continues participating in training. External training is stopped due to the virus. We are now placing more emphasis on in-house trainings, mentoring young people and developing their skills. Our senior staff, who have proven themselves in various fields for several years, presented the most important elements of their own work to their colleagues in small group sessions. We sat on the benches totallly 6 times, focusing on the following topics: basic cutting, CNC programming, quality knowledge. An external specialist was asked for the last lecture in the series. The training was undertaken by one of our largest suppliers of cutting tools, ISCAR Hungary. István Balikó gave a high-quality presentation. We were able to learn about the latest developments in ISCAR and among many other things, get detailed insights into the most efficient machining strategies.
